Can our loved one really receive the care they need in the home?

The answer is emphatically yes! Clients find that in addition to having their physical needs safely met, they are provided with social activities that allow the patient to remain at home and maintain their independence, social ties, and their sense of respect, security and control.

Our home health aides, personal care aides and homemakers can provide the following services in the home:

• Assist client with bathing, dressing, prescribed exercises, transfer from bed to chair, etc. and prepare special diets when indicated (home health aides only).
• Meal preparation
• Personal laundry
• Linen change
• Light housekeeping
• Grocery shopping when necessary

What do I do next?

Take the first step and find out what your options are. Call us. If you are interested, we'll send a registered nurse to your home to assess the case. Based on that assessment, we'll create an individual care plan that details the specific services needed. The nurse/ coordinator will then choose a personal care aide to be assigned to you or your family's care. The home care aide will be regularly supervised in regard to you or your family's proper care.

Medicaid, Private Pay. Private insurances are some ways to pay . We will work with you to find the best way to pay for our services.

By whom is Bermac Home Aides licensed?

We are approved by the New York State Department of Health as a Licensed Home Care Service Agency.

What geographic area does Bermac Home Aides provide services?

We are license to provide care throughout Ulster, Dutchess, Columbia,Greene, Putnam, Orange, Sullivan and Westchester Counties.
